How to Visualise

The key to Visualising is getting yourself in the right frame of mind, you need to be in a quiet place, to be on your own, clear your mind and imagine your goals.

  • A quiet Place

Being in a quite place is the main key to setting yourself up for visualising properly, no disruptions. This quiet place can be anywhere you find relaxing and still. It sounds simple but it can be harder to find, a quiet space and time where you know you will not be interrupted the key to setting your self up for a successful visualisation.

  • Clear your mind

The trick is to get prepared first, make sure you’re comfortable and can sit or lie where you are for a while.

Close your eyes

Relax by taking a few deep breaths

Continue to focus on your breathing

Count down from 10 each breath out

Repeat until your mind is clear

  • Imagine your goals

Visualise all the details of the final day of your project, picture it already in your present life,

See- what you want

Sound- hear what you are doing

People- who is there with you

Feel- the happiness you will feel once your goal is here

Write down your goals, it’s nice to keep a note book and look back over them. Add picture make a collage of all the images you like.
