What is Your Soulful Self?


Health and wellbeing is much more than the mere absence of disease. It's a state of holistic harmony that enables you to meet your individual needs while actively pursuing your life's purpose. The Soulful Self philosophy has the power to transform your relationship with life and make you healthier and happier.

Your Soulful Self is a forgotten connection with our source energy.

When we aligning and tune into our sacred energy it creates balance in our Health and wellbeing which can easily spill out into all corners of our lives, creating positive changes.

Enhancing your natural intuitive senses that can easily empower you on a day to day basic.

Connecting in to our soulful self regularly not only has health and intuition benefits but is a massive influence to creating the life we want to lead. It puts us in the right place at the right time, attraction needed experiences, people, relationships even material things, life seems to flow so much better when we're in a soulful self connection.

So what is this Soulful Self ? and how do I connect with mine?

Firstly your soulful self is closer than you realise! it's the energy within you!

the deal is connecting to it regularly, aligning it with your higher self, and keeping it refreshed.

When we live and connect with the right energy for us, we thrive!

In this blog, You will be learning how to Correct your own Energy Levels to help untangle the "Energy mess" and realign your energy to its natural state.

No Magic wand needed!

But it can dig up some forgotten "stuff" Tips for this to follow.


Soulful Self Meditation - Correct your Energy Levels

This exercise will only take a few minutes to do,

read through a few times, so you don't have to stop and re-read the points.


Sit comfortably with your spine upright & Relax

Become aware of your breathing,

Imagine breathing in the clear clean, white fresh air, and breathing out heavy grey negative air, drawing out all tension in your body.

Imagine a small clear crystal sphere in the centre of your being,

I like to see this as in the centre of my heart.

Imagine the crystal spinning and very slowly growing

Shining brighter and brighter

Watch it grow, getting bigger and bigger

Spinning faster and faster

Until it's larger than yourself,

Until it completely submerges you inside it,

Still spinning,

shining pure crystal light

You are now completely encased in your crystal sphere

Hold these images for a few minutes or as long as it feels right.

When you are ready, bring your attention back to your body and your surroundings.

Don't work hard at this, imagine and the energy will follow x


Practice makes perfect

Just as in any cleaning technique, the benefit of a single application White light will fade over time, and you will need to reapply this energy-enhancing layer.

Think of it as taking a regular shower. Make it part of your weekly schedule for best results. You can use this exercise for yourself and others, loved ones, pets, even your house, workplace or car!

For Example:

Before travelling anywhere, you can visualise this white light surrounding your car, and the occupants of the car.

 

Taking out the Rubbish!


If an image or feeling comes to mind when your working on this energy exercise please know this is normal! everyone even those that practice meditation exercises regularly have past events come up so don't think this is a just a "you thing" because its not.


My best advice is to recognise the past event but keep it at a distance, what I mean by this is don't focus in or try to remember the finer details, don't give it more time or energy just recognise it and let it go, I like to see it as a moving object just passing by.

Now this may seem simple but please do put this to practise yourself and see how you feel a few days after doing this exercise how you feel about the past even.



Past events pop in to our subconscious when meditating because they are issues that need dealing with the most. But by just recognising them and allowing them to pass can very easily help heal the trauma connected to them.

Don't dwell on wishing you'd done something different in the past, but recognise that our younger self was allowed to make mistakes and forgive don't dwell on the event.


Our emotions are a vital element to our health and these memories emotions can have a detrimental effects on our health when our focus is regularly in contact with negative past event.
