Holistic Healing can benefit all physical mental and emotional elements. It also helps with emotional difficulties like overthinking past events. Helping with general day to day recurring problems in life.

A Holistic Healing session does not provide, or replace, medical diagnosis, which is based on a totally different evaluation and treatment model. An allopathic medical diagnosis is symptom-based: it seeks to provide a medical name for a cluster of symptoms or complaints provided by the patient and is based on organs and organ systems as isolated specialities: cardiology, neurology, dermatology. The medical diagnosis often reflects the organ affected: appendicitis, heart disease, colitis, gallbladder disease, and so on.

Prevention, or looking at the “whole person” as an individual, is a major strength of alternative Energy therapies such as Holistic Healing Sessions, Medical Intuition.​

Results cannot be guaranteed

Clients request Reiki for several different reasons, and this will be discussed during your consultation. While a Practitioner can focus on particular areas and can work with intention, Reiki Energy will always go where it is most needed. As such, the results of a treatment can neither be predicted nor guaranteed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best possible service, while effectively managing the number of people seen each week, the following cancellation policy is in place.

​

ALL ONE-TO-ONE APPOINTMENTS HELD IN-PERSON OR ONLINE ( DISTANCE HEALING )

• Full payment is required for a 1: 1 session at the time of booking.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for online service. If you are unable to participate in the video calls at the allocated time, your session may either be rescheduled (if a convenient time is available), or email correspondence will be offered as an alternative. ​​

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

• If an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by www.lisasalisbury.com, a full refund will be payable. Where possible you will be given the option to transfer the credit to another booking.

• If you are not able to attend an event you have booked or have changed your mind, please get in touch asap. If we have enough notice or a waiting list, it may be possible to resell your ticket and issue you a refund. Please note that where costs have already been incurred, this may not always be possible.​

READINGS VIA EMAIL

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Due to the amount of preparation and work that goes into each reading, is not possible to cancel after your reading has been commenced.​

ALL ONE-TO-ONE APPOINTMENTS HELD IN PERSON

All 1:1 services to be paid for at the time of the booking. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact Lisa on  07946494825 or email lisasalisbury1@hotmail.co.uk  as soon as possible. The following terms apply:

• MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: You may choose to either reschedule or receive a refund of the deposit paid.

• LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: You will be invited to either reschedule your appointment or receive distance healing. You can either select a shorter distance healing to the value of the deposit or pay the balance and receive a full-length session including video consultation.​

Right of refusal to treat

• if the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances;

• if the client is intimidating or offensive, in a physical, or sexual manner, or otherwise; 

• if the client behaves in any way which may lead the Practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused;

• in the case of late attendance of the client, where discretion will be exercised.
